Tbajee21 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time — particularly before processing large withdrawals. If requested, you will need to submit a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport along with a selfie. Failure to complete KYC may delay the withdrawal process.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

Odds Changes

The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent odds changes will not affect a confirmed bet. Odds move quickly in live betting, so always review the odds shown on screen before confirming.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbajee21 in order to maintain a fair environment:

1. Creating or operating multiple accounts.
2. Using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
3. Placing bets using bots, automation tools, or scripts.
4. Manipulating the bonus system for abusive purposes.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Suspended or Closed by tbajee21

Tbajee21 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account due to policy violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns. The account holder will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal if applicable.

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee, which will be deducted directly from the account balance.

09 Responsible Gaming

Self-Limit Settings

Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits directly from their account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one takes effect after 24 hours.

Temporary Break

If you feel you're spending too much time or money on betting, tbajee21 offers a Self-Exclusion option ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Contact support to have it activated.

10 Changes & Amendments
